Q. How many people can reside in this guest house / home stay /resort?

Ans- We have 6 large rooms which can house a group of 15 comfortably. 4 of these rooms have attached bath and 2 of them have the bathrooms just outside the room door. There are two large dining and sitting halls ,pleasantly furnished.

Q. What kind of facilities are available?

Ans- One can sit and chat in the large lawn and garden which has around 30 mango trees. Additionally there are two large halls which serves both as a dining room as well as sitting room. The first floor rooms have large verandahs overlooking the garden. We also have a room for driver stay and can house 3 drivers . The lawn has ample space to park 3 – 4 large cars.  

Q. What amenities can I expect?

Ans- One can always book the entire house and at an extra charge book for a dedicated cook who can cook sumptuous meals based on your choice. You have to book the cook in advance and we provide the cutlery .

Q. What are our room rates?

Ans- Our room rates are Rs 2000/- inclusive taxes during non festive seasons . This may increase slightly during festive seasons. Please call our reception at 8017 877 107 or 8017 877 207 to discuss in detail. 

Q. Are extra beds available?

Ans- No, we do not provide extra beds . The beds are quite large to accomodate three adults. There is an extra charge for the third person in the room. 

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Ans- We do not distinguish between smoking and non-smoking rooms.

Q. Can we keep pets?

Ans- No, pets are not allowed in the resort / homestay as we have a family of ducks roaming around freely in the garden.

Q. Is housekeeping service included in the rent?

Ans- Yes. Room cleaning, bedmaking, changing of linen twice weekly is included. Laundry (Dry cleaning charge) would be separate.

Q. Are there TV s inside the rooms?

Ans- We do not have televisions in the room however you will have access to the television in the sitting area.

Q. Are there supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighborhood?

Ans- Yes, stores for daily needs are within walking distance from our homestay / resort . We also have our staff staying at the outhousewho can get things for you.
